9th Annual Revive Dance Xchange Recital
The Revival
Dress Rehearsal: June 22, 2012 @ 4pm
Performance: June 23, 2012 @4pm
Pre-show Company Revive (20-minute showing)

Ticket Information
Adults: $20
Kids (8 & under): $10
*Note: Dancers who have pre-paid for tickets through our Deluxe Package (click here to learn more about recital packages) program will be allowed access into the theater at 3:15pm! Deluxe package holders will have different color tickets.
Volunteers Needed!
Parents are needed for dressing room line up. We need one for the Tiny's room and two for the other dressing room. The parents who volunteer will have free access into the show and will get two additional tickets to give to family members ($40 value)!
Volunteers will have to agree to be at the dress rehearsal at 3:00pm and at the Recital at 3:00pm and stay for the entire time during the show.
Please understand we are greatly appreciative to anyone who can help. We will need a guarantee of volunteering by April 3 for you to be mentioned in our program book. We are looking for 3 volunteers.
Please submit your name and reason why you would like to volunteer and we will list volunteers on the info board on April 3.
Important Notes - Please Read!
Length of show: The dance recital is approximately 2 hours in length, with intermission. Everyone attending needs a ticket to the show. The venue is not free and for us to provide you with a professional dance showing of your children and family, we must charge.
Tiny Dancers: All Tiny Dancers (ages 2-6) must line up with proper check-in person before leaving child unattended. Once child is done on stage, they will be lined back up outside for waiting parents. We have a special dressing room just for this age group.
Recital Recording Policy: Please understand there is no videotaping or flash photography of any kind.
Please stay seated: Please stay seated while dance performances are going on. Be respectful of every dancer.
Watching dress rehearsal: No one is allowed to watch dress rehearsal for it is very distracting to all the students, teachers and staff working the event.
Show your support: Dancers of Revive Dance Xchange sill need your help! Please help us keep kids dancing by donated to our scholarship fund. Funds go directly to dancers in need of financial assistance. Please give all donations to the front desk staff or mail donations to Revive Dance Xchange, 283 Cabot Street, Beverly, MA 01915.
Finale/Production Dance: All students performing in the this dance must wear a recital 2012 t-shirt, which will feature all the names of RDX dancers. For the bottom, all dancers should wear black shorts, capris or pants. This pieces gives all students a chance to work together and create a great upbeat and energetic routine that will end the show with a bang!
